D'Angelico EXL-1 Throwback - Limited Run - Special Edition 2020 +/-
Late model D'Angelico Throwback in MINT condition. Does not to appear to have been played. In nearly new condition really. I took the foam tape out from under the bridge when I got it.
D'A only made these Limited Run guitars for about a year or so around 2019 -2020+/-. They are becoming hard to find.
This guitar doesn't seem to have been played at all really. No real fret wear.
These are simply outstanding jazz guitars for comparatively very little money. Well-made, fantastically easy-playing and with supremely comfortable necks, really good pickup that yields a really nice round jazz tone. And they are spectacular to behold. The oversized early 20th century type big-block MOP inlays are spellbinding; they are simply fiery in the light.
Ebony appointments including the pick guard and head plate.
Plus, they are stunning to look at.
In the auto-world, this is the equivalent of the very highest-end Toyota or Honda and has the corresponding high-level reliability and function.
